The process
From drawings to a buildable set.
Most projects move through these five steps in about a week. Large or multi-tower projects are phased floor by floor.
Share drawings
Send DXF, DWG, PDF or ETABS files over WhatsApp or a shared folder. We confirm scope and timeline the same day.
We model
Architecture, structure and services are built into one coordinated Revit model.
We check
Structure, architecture and services are checked for clashes. Problems are fixed on screen and listed for your consultants.
We measure
BOQ, bar bending schedules, steel, labour and cost, all taken from the checked model.
You build
Complete drawings and BOQ, ready in about 1 week, with revisions tracked as the design changes.
What do you need from us to start?
Architectural drawings and, if available, structural drawings or the ETABS model. DXF or DWG files work best; PDFs are fine too. If MEP is in scope, share any consultant layouts you have.
How can drawings and BOQ be ready in 1 week?
We work AI-assisted and model-first. Quantities, schedules and drawings are generated from one model instead of being prepared separately by hand, which removes most of the rework. Very large projects are delivered in phases.
Do I need a Revit licence?
No. You receive drawings in DWG and PDF and quantities in Excel. The Revit model is handed over too, in case your team uses it.
Will you work with my architect and structural consultant?
Yes. We coordinate with your existing consultants and send them clash and issue lists. We don't replace their design responsibility; we make sure their drawings agree with each other.
Is our project data kept confidential?
Yes. Your drawings and models are used only for your project and are not shared with anyone outside it.
Do you only work on projects in Mumbai?
Our office is in Prabhadevi, Mumbai. Because drawings and models are shared digitally, we can support projects in other cities as well.
How is the work priced?
Pricing depends on built-up area and the services you choose, for example BIM only, or BIM with BOQ, BBS and MEP. Call or WhatsApp us with your drawings for a quote.
What happens when the design changes?
We update the model, and the drawings, BOQ and BBS update with it. Every revision is tracked, so you always know which quantities match which drawing issue.
