R. R. Manek built his name in the gem trade as the owner of Manek Gems. It is a business where value is decided by precision: every stone is measured, graded and accounted for before it is priced, and a small error is never small.
Over the years he watched the construction industry work the other way round. Quantities were estimated by hand, steel was ordered on rough averages, and clashes between structure and services were discovered only when concrete was already poured. The cost of every mistake landed on the builder.
Every bar, bag and cubic metre should be counted before money is spent.
BuildIQ is his answer. It brings together BIM, AI-assisted drafting and a team of engineers so that a builder receives a coordinated model, complete drawings and an exact BOQ in a week, not months. The same discipline that protects value in a gem protects margins on a building site.
